John Lennon had provided testimony on December 22, 1969 to commissioners of the Le Dain Commission of Inquiry. His testimony helped shaped the Commission's Final Report. The specimen copy below has John Lennon's name credited as one of many contributors who appeared before the "Le Dain Commission." The Final Report was published in December, 1973.
